The engine was majored in 06 and has 670 hours, and the prop was changed out while we waited for a new fuel tank last year.

Turbo FG Saratoga with the intercooler and associated cowling with scimitar prop.  She’s ready to go with an oxygen system and canulas.  Annual just completed in March. I have a heated hangar, and I run a dehumidifier all summer, never gets above 70 or below 50.  The battery was new 18 months ago.  Had a minor incident in March of 22 that required a new fuel tank (you can have the old one).  Replaced the tank and went over the plane and addressed anything else they could find while waiting for the fuel tank.  Century 41 autopilot and dated but working panel.  Cloth seats are better than leather and holding up well.
