The engine is high time but uses almost no oil and has had excellent compressions (60+) each time they have been checked. I have flown the airplane 120+ hours since we purchased it in March of 2020. Oil samples pulled at the oil changes indicate normal wear trends. 

The airplane was involved in a gear up incident in 2003. Repair was done very well and there’s no evidence of damage.
